Thanks for the Answer. We have few short term Incentive plans .(Sales Targets) . we are exploring the possibility to maintain in ECM .

Yes, it is. In ECM you can use 4 types of compensation plans:
* Salary increase ? IT 0008
* Regular Bonus ? IT 0015 (is processed in the regular payroll)
* Off-cycle Bonus ? IT 0267 (processed in a special payroll - off?cycle)
* LTI ? Long Term Incentives ? IT 0761 to 0763 (like Stock Options)
You just have to set up the Compensation Plans, Eligibility Rules and the
Guidelines to make it work.
