Before closing the FY, we can open the new year. Some time previous year and current year activities are in parallel basis like ending year month activity and new year month activity.

First you run AJAB. You have to close the previous fy. But before this you have to make all the transactions that are necessary. After proper postings you run AJAB. If it is OK then you run AJRW in order to open the new fy. |
