Hi Gopi

The WS for employees need to be configured and WSR is assigned to employees.
Shift Planning is not required for 3rd party ime collection s/ware.
Employee data and orgn structure need to be extracted each pay period only for new empl and any changes after the last extract (ie., in an incremental fashion) Target hrs are part of empl data and should not be the responsibility of the time ticket collection.

The determining of how a time entry is treated is part of time eval schema/PCR's.

Subject: CATS Target Hours-Actual working Hours

Hi Gurus,

My employer would want to use Positive time recording ,But the employee actual working hours vary [The employee works different times in a day ] though his target hours are from six AM to four PM [ten hours including one hour paid break].

My question is : if the employee comes in at seven o clock the first hour from six to seven shouldnt be considered as unpaid. In this scenario do you think positive time recording is the right way. Also how can we track the employee target hours each day which are varying.

Do we need to use shift planning concept or from third party system can we transfer both target and actual hours.

Thanks in Advance
Krishna
