1621119 - Dump DYNPRO_NOT_FOUND in SAPLBUSS in module PBO_START_SUBSCREEN when using transaction BP
Should help.
It says in essence:
Go to Transaction BUSP
Activate the radio button 'All screens'
Execute the report
Go to transaction BP and try to maintain partners again.

Recently we have configured, EWA,SLA, System Monitoring-Administration & Service desk.
When I am trying to create a business parther with t-code BP, getting dump : DYNPRO_NOT_FOUND
Error analysis
The system attempted to use dynpro 0000 in program "SAPLBUSS".
This dynpro does not exist.
