Ram,
I don't have authorization problem, because i have SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW.
Even I checked the RFC SAPHTTP too, it's working fine
There might be some other problem (Not Authorization)
Please can someone help me?

After getting the error, check with tcode SU53 if you are missing any authorizations in Prd and compare those authorizations with DV1.
And maybe you need authorization S_GUI and activity 60 (import) to enable you to upload the file.
