Hi LEH I agree with you entirely this may not be the right forum. One question though. We have current installed a hardware router. Is it the reason SAP can't reach our saprouter on port 3299? Regards, elizabeth

How do I set it to allow the following rules? Allow: <public ip of your router>-> 194.39.131.34:3299/tcp Allow: 194.39.131.34 -> <public ip of your router>:3299/tcp Allow: <public ip of your router>/-> 194.39.131.34:icmp(echo-reply, type 0) Allow: 194.39.131.34 -> <public ip of your router> :icmp(echo-request,type 8) SAP is not able to reach our SAProuter process on port 3299.
