Hi Fahim, Yes we have hardware router, how do i apply the rule on the router device and forwarding the incoming request to our saprouter ip from the router? Is it the reason SAP is not able to reach your SAProuter process on port 3299? sapserv2> telnet <public ip address> 3299 Trying... telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection timed out

How do I set it to allow the following rules? Allow: <public ip of your router>-> 194.39.131.34:3299/tcp Allow: 194.39.131.34 -> <public ip of your router>:3299/tcp Allow: <public ip of your router>/-> 194.39.131.34:icmp(echo-reply, type 0) Allow: 194.39.131.34 -> <public ip of your router> :icmp(echo-request,type 8) SAP is not able to reach our SAProuter process on port 3299.
