You have to maintain the email address in BP. It is not sufficient to maintain the email in su01.

As well check condition tab whether any BP is mentioned.

Dear Friends

I have SAP EHP 1 for SAP Solution Manager 7.0, Windows,Oracle 10.2

Now I have configured an Action profile, according to Blogs:

However, when I changed the status of Support Notification from New to In process, the Email could not be triggered !

I have checked in Support Notification in "Actions" tab status is red(Incorrectly Processed) in action created by me . I have also checked in SOST but this Email not found.

Pleae suggest.
