[sap-log-mm] Release Strategy - Adding a Customised Field in CEKKO Structure and Configuring in SPRO, in Order to Retrigger the Workflow

My requirement is whenever there is Header/Line Item Text change in PO. The Release strategy workflow should retrigger from first.

Based on one of the previous links (http://sap.ittoolbox.com/groups/technical-functional/sap-log-mm/release-strategy-user-define-field-in-cekko-3079550)

So I added a field 'ZRELE'; in the CEKKO structure. Where I am planning to use this field in the SPRO.
SPRO-->Material Management-->Purchasing-->Purchase Order-->Release Procedure for Purchase Orders-->Edit Characteristics

UserExit-ZXM06U22 I am using, here I am setting ZRELE = 'X'.

My question if I configure my field in the SPRO.Whenever ZRELE = 'X' will the workflow re-trigger from the first.
