Hi,

It's hard for me to answer yes or no, but it's highly possible that the new router is causing the problem.
The saprouter should be located in the DMZ and its public IP must be accessible from the internet for SAP to be able to connect to it.

I agree with you entirely this may not be the right forum.
One question though. We have current installed a hardware router. Is it the reason SAP can't reach our saprouter on port 3299?
