I think you need a different forum for this issue as this is not related to SAP Basis at all.
This group can provide you with information about the ports that must be maintained in the firewall/router for your SAP applications, but configuring NAT forwarding in the firewall/router is not a SAP Basis person's job.
Please contact a network or firewall forum, if you don't have a network admin in your company.
