Yes its activated.
But I don't know how to see the details.
Can you help me how we can extract the data or what type of logs can be
extracted?

Okay..
For customizing log, your basis need to activate it in instance profile (RZ10, rec/clnt).
Is it activated in your system?
And cost element, and CE group, will not be recorded since they are master data.
