Hi Arslan Qureshi,
First of all Go to (OBC4) field status group and change Profit Center
fieldfrom suppressed to optional (as you said Profit Center field is
suppressed over there). Then Go to T-Code OB41 and click on Posting key 15 and make the
change in the Profit Center field from required to optional.

Does this occur in the selection screen or when you are posting? If on posting then check for a validation in OB28.
