Hi Sastry,
Please change the SDM mode.
Follow these steps:
1. Open Command Prompt
2. Go to SDM Root folder with : cd
<drive>:\usr\sap\<SID>\JC<no>\SDM \program\
3.execute:sdm jstartup "mode=integrated"
