Always Learning, thanks for the response. My programmer informed me that she had a user exit that did not allow any uom other than kg or ea. Once she removed that it worked. IN for cotton is correct as you said if it's a thread which it is. Thanks again

I know I can use conversions in the mat'l master but I don't want that because if I say 1" = 1 each, then for another BOM I may need 1.5 inches. I can't have 1.5 ea.
