Hi,

I would advise you to open a new message with group SAP-SOLUTION-MANAGER as this is not really a BASIS issue.

Hello,

We provide SAP Support to one of our clients. and when they open OSS message, it does not show up in our Solution Manager. It was working until we upgraded the Solution Manager. Is there fix for this?
