What dates do you have for the entries in T5UGE? Make sure they go to 12/31/9999. Also, what date do you have on IT0195 at the bottom for the 688W info?

Subject: Garnishment Federal Levy
Our Payroll driver is not considering the minimum exempt amount determined by state levy on form 668-W. We did maintain these amount in Table T5UGE. Our Model for Non Exempt amount do refer to Levy Form in "Special non exempt section". I am not sure what is missing. Please help. |
