Can you clarify as to what you mean by the 'OLD' prod orders? - Do you mean those that were settled in previous months (TECO or DLV)
TECO has a date - Did you confirm the dates in the order?
To start with, reverse the settlement.
Then, take one order which you think is the problem (already TECO and should be 0 WIP) and run WIP calculation in single mode and verify the results.
Provide more details for finding precise solution.

Subject: Production order settlement WIP Calculation issue when statue is TECO.
Executing "CO88" for closing of the CO period and Calculation of WIP for Feb 11 resulted , all the OLD production orders (In the Range 600000 to 6000030) are considered for WIP calculation. The total WIP for the month posted is Rs6 Cr.
I checked and confirmed that these orders are 'Technically Completed' and there are no changes/entries against these orders in the month of Feb 2011.
Please tell me why these orders are included in WIP and we need to reverse these posting and Repost the WIP figure. |
