Hi,
I think a very good report to use is transaction pt90
->Attendance/Absence data calendar view.
Select evaluate absences only.
For period displayed choose monthly
Choose list view.

Hi Time Management Experts,
I have a question in TM Reports .
I need a report on absences(Absence list) for the Month of Feb period (
01.02.2011 to 28.02.2011)
All the employees who are absent in the above period ...
But if run the standard report it gives the result from March ... (even
if i choose the selection period from 01.02.2011 to 28.02.2011)
For Example :
Mr. Superemployee has taken a leave from (13.02.2011 to 07.02.2011) i
need only for the month of feb because I need the absence list for the
productivity hours in feb..
please suggest is it possible to control it through ad hoc query if yes
how what are the fields i have to choose ...
IT2001 is updated by the batch input .

Did you try report PT_BAL00 using the Time wage selection? I've used this to determine vacation time.
