Hello,
Create the same cost centre (KS01) with with a from date for example 01.01.1900 and the valid to date one day before the existing cost centre valid from date. After this the cost centre will have two analysis periods.

How does one go about changing the cost center valid from and valid to when the dates are in the future? Right now we have cost centers that the last validity period has values in the "Valid from" in the future and also there is some cost centers we have a valid to date equal to 12/01/9999 instead of 12/31/9999. When we try an run a KSA3 program for Actual Accrual Calculation for Cost Centers it is canceling the job due to the Valid from and Valid to dates being in the future period and the to being less than 12/31/9999.. Please advise how the valid from and valid to field can be easily changed within the Cost center master data. Also does Sap need the valid to date to be 12/31/9999 since the KSA3 does not run if its sees Valid to date less than 12/31/9999. Any help on transaction code that will enable us to easily change the from to and valid dates on a cost center when would be appreciated. We tried KS02 Change cost center but find that to be tedious since you c
an only do one at a time and sometimes the dates are grayed out depending how you do this. Any help would be appreciated.
