Not sure if this helps, if the file is very large it takes time to convert once the excel page shows, so wait a bit and see if it fills in. next if when you are transferring a box pops up asking if you want an excel table or pivot table. it is faulted at pivot table. So if you do not select excel you will get a blank page. click on the first cell and you will get the pivot table manager, this allows you to set up the view. the second sheet will have your data on it.
