[sap-basis] BW job fail on first time and runs successful on second run

Hi All,
We are running BW job which fails on first run with SQL error but when we re-run the job it goes successful. We cannot able to find out why it is failing on first run. The below database error found:
Database error -904 at INS access to table /BIC/B0000
> [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2] UNSUCCESSFUL EXECUTION CAUSED BY AN
> UNAVAILABLE RESOURCE. REASON 00C20257, TYPE OF RESOURCE
> 00000303, AND RESOURCE NAME OD20XLGY.FBICFB00.X'00205194'
System Dump is: "DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR"
Can anyone help on this issue as we need to find out why this job fails on first run?
