Hi,

Your OS backup utility is probably locking files while it is backing them up. Check if this can be disabled.

Few BG fails every night at same time and after 4-5 minutes they finished successfully. what caused these jobs to fails every night at same time .
why only around 23:45 some jobs failed and after around 2-3 minutes , same job finishes successfully.

The time when those periodic BG 10 jobs failed at 23:44 we have system logs in sm21 which says "Error 16 for write/read access to a file. File = /usr/sap/PRD/SYS/global/200JOBLG/0001X23425000X4738 2
TemSe input/output to unopened file" .also We have related incorrect 10 object in Temse database , when I ran inconsistency check in SP12

Temse error suggests thatEither there is a space issue or permissions issue with /usr/sap/PRD/SYS/global/200JOBLG but this can be ruled out as space or permission cannot be resolved in just 2-3 minutes as we can see that within six minutes the same jobs finished successfully.

Please suggest the possible cause and solution for this problem.
