[sap-log-sd] LO-ARM movement type determination

Hi,
We use LO-ARM (Advanced Returns Management) in EP4 of ECC6. In the scenario where the customer returns a product that is to be replaced by the same product (follow-up activity 0021), the movement types are not taken from table TVEP or MSR_V_TVEP, but default to 651 and 652 respectively. Has anyone dealt with this problem before? Am I overlooking a config setting/table or is this a coding error?
