Hello,

Hard to check this, as my client doesn't use this functionality.

1. Check the user master for the address - this is based on a quick search of the ABAP. SAP is determining the user as the sender.

Hello Experts,,

I have configured the output type mail with transmission medium 5 external send, I have also maintain the email ID of the customer in Sold to party general data But when I am creating the sale order, I am getting the following error.

1-No address exists.
2-Error while copying recipient object.
3-Specify at least one recipient.

Kindly Help.
