Hello,

To add, check with BASIS.

I also saw something like this before in the SD forum. The PDF gets loaded/saved on the SAP application server. So if you know where it is saved and you are using windows as the OS, then ask the BASIS team if they see a blank PDF.

I haven't done much with PDF, but how is the PDF produced ...smartform? Is the Abobe Application on the Application Server and does it have a license to create, or does SAP have PDF availability installed/configured?
