Hi,
You can either use partial GR - e.g. GR for 0,25 PC. Then you can invoice 25k. This we use in case of capital expenditure where we have 1 project invoiced several times.

For services you can also use Service PO (item type D) and tab Limits for unplanned services. Then you can post as many Service Entry Sheets (SES) and GRs within limit - probably solution for you
eg. - Limit 100k, 1 SES for 25, 1GR for 25 cen be invoiced, 2nd SES for 50, GR and IR for 50, last SES for 25.
