[sap-log-mm] MI31 - doesn't load up all inventory units

Hello,
I am using MI31 to create the inventory documents for all parts w/o zero stock.
(no zero or negative stock existing in our system)
I am using only 1 storage location......incl. blocked stock and parts in quality inspection.

number of items in ZMLSB 1471 units to count.
number of items in automatic generated inventory document 690 units...
no other existing open inventory documents.

I checked the batches in MSC3N - no difference to the OK items.
If I create the document manual all items will be accepted.

does anybody know why this happens?
and how I can solve the problem?
