Hagen,

I think what Waza is suggesting is an alternative means of checkign to see if an order item has been invoiced (ie not via Document flow records) that may be faster.

VBRP-AUBEL (sales document number)
VBRP-AUPOS (sales document item)

Of course you may have more than one invoice item for a single sales order line so you may need extra logic to cater for that.

You're playing with fire if you want to update VBUP directly... if so i'd look at using the cusotmer provided fields within UVP01 - UVP05.. just in case SAP decide to fill the delivery related billing statatus flag for order items in the future.

Subject: Update Delivery related Billing Status in Table VBUP

> I am in need of excperience as far as include LV45P037 is concerned. In the comment lines it shows that the delivery related billing status is "presently" not filled. Not being able to use this field it is necessary always to read the document flow when making reports on the sales orders as far as the billing situation is concerned. This prolongates the execution time of the reports substantially. Has anybody found an alternative solution?
