Here are the output device settings of the printer:
Device Type: Hp 4300: HP LJ 4300/LJ 4200 R4.5
Spool Server: DB server host name
Device Class: Standard printer
Host Spool Access Method: U:Print Using Berkeley Protocol

Raghav,

Do we need to update printer firmware on SAP or print server or Printer?

This issue is with only one printer.
