Thank you for your answers. Will give it a try with the note recommended or increase RAM and tune mem parameters.
For your questions, this is a windows server with 32 GB of RAM and 160GB SWAP(seperate drive) and hosts 4 sap installations(dual stack) ( Central services CI ) only. Databases of all are on different box ( HPUX). All the previous installs are working fine issue started when I started one more migration. I did double swap from 80 GB to 160GB but same issue persists( Dispatcher & work processes dies)
This is not a fresh install, it is a heterogeneous system copy and I got stuck at start instance phase of CI installation.
