Hi Sonwy,

The Question asked today is:

"Pls kindly help me, am trying to download the OSS note to the system to implement, i went to service.sap.com/notes, i choose the note i want, but there is no download option on the note, pls how can i download the note. pls i need to implement the note in the system and AT THE MOMENT THE SYSTEM CANNOT CANNOT TO SAPNET. Pls help"

I have put the statement in uppercase.
