You can check whether any new order has been placed by the customer or not
in VBAK & VBAP by date of creation or any delivery has been done in LIKP &
LIPS or any billing done in VBRK or VBRP in recent time(needs to be decided
by business 1 month or 2 month etc).

You need to build report or you can refer VA05 VF05 VL05N for the same.
