Hi Sophie,

I really wonder how your management has given access to all the payment
terms

Provide the list of payment terms to users to use while posting

Check all the outstanding invoices whether the payment terms are correct in
FBL!N if not make necessary changes

Request your development team to create a Validation to restrict the list of
users to use Payment terms during invoicing

The system should throw error message
