Hi Abhijeet,

What you should do is to go to Transaction SWIA and see if the workflow has been triggered successfully. You can also see it directly in your purchase order via the usage of GOS ----> Workflow ---> Workflow Overview. If it is triggered, then you will have to check if the agent was not determined (i.e. the workflow item will run into error as i can't find the agent to send the workflow to). If it is not triggered, then talk to your workflow specialist to understand why the workflow was not activated.
