Hi, I hope it is a fresh install. When u face this kind of critical error try to read the message under this. MOst of the time this occurs when There is a mismatch in the date of the user. Check 0105 IT and see the dates. Chk the dates properly/. Giv the end date as 31.12.9999 and start date as per the user. Most important thing chk whether the data for that particular emp is there. Some time u lose the data while ransporting request and some other reason so u need to chk whether the data is existing.(0002,2001,2006 etc) anything. Hope this solves your issue. All the best.
