[sap-log-mm] Blocking Vendor from QIR

Hi

We have a scenario, where PO is always placed at Corporate Vendor master and supplying vendor will be captured in partner functions as goods supplying vendor. We have a requirement to block certain supplying vendors of a corporate vendor from the QIR. Eventhough supplying vendor is blocked in QIR for a material, system allows to create the PO as the PO raised against corporate vendor eventhough blocked supplying vendor is marked in the partner functions.

Blocking of vendor from the vendor master works fine for goods supplying vendor in partner functions. But it doesnt work when we block it from QIR.

Please let me know if any config or oss notes for the same. Thanks in advance for your help
