To enable use of a quota arrangement in source selection:
The material master field "quota arrangement usage" which occurs on the purchasing and MRP 2 views (MARC-USEQU) must be populated for the plant in which procurement occurs. Either of the choices below are appropriate for Medicis use at this time:
- "2" enables use during source selection in planned orders and purchase requisitions
Note: Manual planned orders are also counted
- "3" enables use during source selection in planned orders, purchase requisitions, and during the MRP run.
Note: if selection "3" (use during MRP) is selected, then the source list "MRP" field must also be created for each material, and set as relevant to MRP for each desired vendor.

Hi HT,
The strategy is blank didn't maintain.
But when I remove the quota, run MRP again the PR is created.

Hi,
The problem of no PR generation from MRP run has nothing to do with the quota splitting setting in Lot sizing procedure. What is the strategy group did you use for your material item?. Was it ''40''?
Cheers,
HT

MEQ1 to create quota put the correctly valiad and percentage for two vendors, but after this when input the requrement in MD61 run MRP finding no PR is generated, don't know why?
