Hi,
Make sure all delta loads are pulled from BW. After which you can proceed with the installation. Make sure that you will not loose any delta we can see it in transaction RSA7 if all datasources are having 0 entries for delta.
Before you pull the data let a BW consultant check if you require this data to be pulled to R3 Or not. Else you can disable the load and proceed proceed.
