Hi Mark,
You can create any number of S-User IDs. You only want a few Admin users and the rest should be able to open/confirm messages and Search SAP notes.
Authorisation of a customer is for all installations for the customer, to oprn messages for all installations where for insatllation you can limit certain usese to open messages for specific installations.
