[sap-basis] Value is not transferred from f4 input help to a screen field

we get values transferred from f4 input help to earmarked funds in certain transaction and not getting in certain transactions .
if we looked into the technical info of that earmed fund field by pressing f1 , in the transaction where we get the value transferred from input help to the earmarked funds carries the data element value as "KBLNR "
whereas in the transactions where we don't get the f4 help values getting transfered to field , we have the data element as "KBLNR_DY"
will this be the reason for this problem ...kinldy guide us
have any of you faced such problem with any other field
