Wendy, per what you described, i guess 10EA of the stock in QI status has been moved to another location or its stock status has been changed to Unrestricted or Blocked. In that case you have insufficient stock to finish the reversal operation. You need to bring the 10EA back and can then do the reversal.
Please check if there is any goods movement document for the 10EA stock after you received it into your stock. You may want to try MB51.
