Hi,
I have a scenario whereby an employee accumulates annual leave on a monthly basis. When his/her accrued balance reaches 30 days, it needs to be forfeited. By this i mean that it needs to be transferred into another quota type. The employee is not allowed to book any absences against it. And it needs to be set up in such a way that the employee can still book an absence against the annual leave quota.His/her leave does not continue to accrue after it reaches 30 days, so there needs to be some sort of balance...
Please can anyone assist with this urgently...
