Reply from kum_suresh on Nov 16 at 2:50 PM In the customer master shipping tab flag the "Partial Delivery per item" = A and "Max partial deliveries" = 1 This will prevent any residue quantity sitting on SO as open. Also it will not allow to create any deliveries for residue materials. This will only help for future orders. Anything in the past do as suggested by the earlier reply. Hope this helps.
