If Windows, add the FQDN to the WINDIR\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file
What is the result from running this o/s command: "telnet prosappxqci sapgw20"? Reply with any error observed. The screen should "blank" if it works. Use CTRL+] to break out of that blank screen (or wait for the timeout).
