Reply from sapintegrator on Oct 19 at 3:05 PM There are two things (i) Form of Addresses (ii) Academic titles. Professor already exists in the latter. Former is related to Companies (Customers and Vendors). Latter is related to contact person (individual level).

Is it possible to add more titles to the Customer master contact person? For example, all that is available is Mr. Mrs. Ms. and Company. We have a Canadian office and some of the titles are Mme (Madame) and a couple others. I don't see anywhere in configuration to add additional titles. Please advise. |
