Question from kuro16 on Sep 12 at 6:04 PM Hello SAP gurus, I have run into an issue when goods are received off of a purchase order via MIGO ("Goods Receipt" --> "Purchase Order" drop-down selection and 101 movement type listed), but the processor has accidentally unclicked (made inactive) the check-box for Print Active/Inactive (located in the general tab near a printer symbol). As such, no goods receipt (GR) slip was printed, and we obviously would like to avoid backing out the purchase order (via 102) and re-receiving the goods, this time with the check-box properly checked. My question is thus, is there a way to simply print the GR slip by utilizing the purchase order, the material document, the transfer requirement, or any other means? For others, MB90 was the premier choice for a print issue in which the printer wasn't responding correctly, or simply wasn't set-up for direct-print of the GR via MIGO as our system is. MB90 is of little use to my situation, however, as the material document simply d oesn't appear on the list of potentials to print, probably because the initial request to the printer was never done. I have confirmed this using every "Processing Mode" available on my system (1-4), and none can populate the material document that I wish to find (in fact only Processing Mode 2, repeat processing, would output anything at all). In summary, my question would be: Is there a transaction code that can initiate the spool request to print a GR slip with my currently processed material document and transfer requirement (TR)? Thank you in advance, Kuro | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | | kuro16 IT/IS Database Administrator | | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community.
