Reply from Tim Robertson on Sep 8 at 8:18 AM While in transaction (example IW32), choose menu item: Goto, select Change Editor. Each time you choose Change Editor it will switch between text-based editor to MS Word based editor.
If you wish to permanently switch to the MS Word based editor then from menu choose and place check for both Form Painter item "Graphical Form Painter" and PC Editor item "Graphical PC editor".
You many also need to configure SAP for using MS Word. Reference article: http://saptechnical.com/Tutorials/Smartforms/MSWor d/Editor.htm

Subject: SAP Work Order Operations Long Text (ROW TEXT) Area
Good Day all.
Please help, how do I change the "Operations Long Text area" to a clipboard area like the one I am using now, where I am not restricted to rows and specific amount of characters per row? In my work order it is indicated at the top as ROW Text ( +1 to +7 ) only this amount of characters then over to a new row. If I only can past a screen of the area you will understand but it is not possible in this window.
Will appreciate any help.
