I am new to applicant management and I need some guidance.
I am looking to configure in Recruitment module the option to have one internal employee being able to apply to multiple jobs.
At this point, each time an internal candidate has already applied for one open position and hence the APLNR is created, I cannot create a 2nd APLNR with the same PERNR in the IT40001 .
Any thoughts? Thank you in advance.
