Question from Helpmeplease on Aug 8 at 3:55 PM Each month I receive total project budget updates from our operations, I need to update the budgeted balances for each unique WBS/cost element combination as the Current budget however it seems that I cannot do this unless I completely wipe out the current balances (ie. upload a file full of zeros) and then upload the revised balances that operations is requesting.
How can I make it so that each month, all I need to do is upload the variance from the previous total project budget for each WBS/cost element combination? (instead of uploading zeroes to wipe out the "previous" Current and then uploading the "new" Current).
